Common Ridge is built by Common Ridge LLC.
Private fund investors receive their statements, notices and tax forms from many managers in many formats. Fund teams spend their quarters assembling those documents. We think both sides are served by one accurate record that each of them can read.
What we believe
- The ledger is the truth. Statements, balances and metrics are views of it.
- Corrections are visible. We reverse and restate. We do not edit history.
- Security is designed before features. We say what we do and what we have not done yet.
- Most investors read on a phone. We design for that first.
