An API for the systems around the fund
Connect your CRM, data warehouse or administrator to the same records your team uses in the portal. The API is versioned, scoped per key and designed for safe retries.
REST API
Tenant API keys carry explicit scopes. Writes accept an idempotency key so a retried request cannot post twice. Lists use cursor pagination.
Webhooks
Subscribe to events such as capital_call.issued, distribution.paid, document.published and envelope.completed. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 over the timestamp and the body, retried with exponential backoff for 24 hours, and visible with its payload and response in the fund portal, where it can be replayed.
