Investor portal
An investor portal your investors will use
Common Ridge gives each investor a single login that shows positions, documents, capital calls, distributions, tax forms and signatures across every fund and every manager they invest with. It is designed for the phone first, because that is where most investors read their statements.
What investors see
Home shows what needs attention. Portfolio shows each fund position. Activity, Documents and More hold the rest, in a bottom tab bar that is reachable with one thumb.
- Positions with contributed, distributed, unfunded and current value for every entity the investor holds
- Capital calls and distributions with the notice, the amount and the payment status in one place
- Statements and notices in a single Documents tab, with corrected statements clearly marked
- Entities, delegates and banking under More, including a read-only role for a CPA or advisor
Your brand, your domain
Each fund manager can serve the portal from a subdomain of commonridge.com or from its own domain, with its logo and one accent color. Sign-in happens on a shared authentication origin, so an investor with holdings in several funds keeps one identity and one passkey.
- Branded domain with a verified DNS proof before it goes live
- Light or dark appearance, with accent colors clamped for legibility in both
- A prompt that shows an investor their holdings in other funds without exposing one manager's data to another
Built for the phone
Tables become cards below 768 pixels. Forms ask one topic per screen. Sheets replace modals. Documents open in a full-screen viewer with pinch zoom and search, and the portal installs to the home screen.
